Support Group for Men with Autism / ADHD

This support group is designed for men who identify as autistic or ADHD — whether formally diagnosed or self-identified.

The group offers a structured and empowering environment focused on improving wellbeing and building confidence.

 

Together, we explore:

Support Group for Women with Autism / ADHD

A supportive, fortnightly group for women discovering they are neurodivergent as an adult—diagnosed or self-identified.

Co-led by a late-diagnosed woman and supported by a counsellor, this is a space to

connect, reflect, and grow together.

Somatic Movement Therapy

In partnership with Compassionate Accompaniment, we offer Somatic Movement Therapy — a mind–body approach designed to support nervous system regulation and emotional wellbeing.

Somatic practices focus on reconnecting with the body through gentle guided movement, breathwork and embodiment exercises.
