Who we are
Craigsfarm is a community Hub owned, run and financed by the community. We serve the Community of Craigshill, Livingston as a priority, working collaboratively to address the priority community development needs of Craigshill.
We strive to empower individuals through meaningful programmes that encourage mental wellbeing, learning, redress poverty and promote community engagement. By working collaboratively with local organisations, partners, and services, we aim to break stigmas, build hope, and strengthen belonging within our community.
Every initiative we deliver — from the mental wellbeing and resilience programme to partner run workshops to community events — reflects our belief that connection and kindness are the foundations of a thriving community.

Such an amazing session and I feel I build on previous sessions every time I attend. I am more resilient and calmer after each session. I experienced a necessary reset and was reminded of how it feels to be relaxed.
This course has a positive effect on my mental health and wellbeing. It provides additional skills for stress and reduction.
Calm-being around people like me. Nice to be able to talk and understood what other people are going through. I liked connecting with people and having an experience I never had in my life. It’s my first nature therapy.

Relaxed, feel good after the class
This class is a perfect way for me to start the week, it gives me the opportunity to learn new practise which I can then do at home over the course of the week.
This class has help me in going forward even when it is difficult. A great class helping to lift me up.
I have learned more about myself and ADHD/Autism that has made me understand myself more along with how to regulate myself.
Meeting other group members has helped me feel less isolated. I have found a community where I feel safe, understood and where I can be myself. The facilitators have helped by providing exercises/opportunities to self-reflect, work in small groups, explore topics, learn from each other.
This group has given me a safe space to be in, which has given me hope for the future. I feel less alone in my struggles and the company of fellow humans who get it has been incredibly helpful and comforting.
